Are you opened to the public?

Yes. It is possible to meet us at our location to buy or to receive some advices and/or a consultation. If you do have an appointment, you will have priority over other customers. Otherwise, first arrived, first served. We do accept cash, VISA, MasterCard and debit payments. Please note that we do not offer any visit for entertainment purposes and that our showroom is only opened to serious customers.

When I place an order, how long does it take before I receive it?

If you do process an order before 13hr00 (EST GMT-5), your package may leave on the same day. The delay before you receive will depend on the chosen delivery service. Nevertheless, it is possible that we do process to verification if you pay with a credit card and that your package is retained for 24 to 48 hours. An agent will contact you in order to validate your shipment. Make sure to provide us with a valid telephone number.

Are your packages discreet?

In order to preserve the confidentiality of our customers and to mitigate suspicion, only NEQ1162501127 Quebec Inc. and our address will appear on the package.

How can I process my payment for online orders?

It is possible to pay using VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, Western Union or you can send us a Money Order at the following address:

If you wish to send us a money order or to pay us by Western Union, you will need to know the shipping cost in advance. We invite you to communicate with us in advance in order to get a quote with the exact shipping cost before providing us with any payment.

For orders in quantities, it is possible to pay via Wire Transfer. Please communicate with us to get the Wire Transfer information.

Do you ship outside Canada?

We do ship everywhere worldwide. Delivery costs vary from a location to another.

Do you deliver COD (Cash on Delivery)?

For orders within Canada only it is possible to pay in cash on delivery. An extra 7.00$ collection fee may apply over the value of the merchandise for the service.

What are the shipping services?

In Canada, you may choose among the following options:

- Xpresspost Service
- Priority Service
* Free delivery for orders over 500.00$ CAD across Canada.

In the U.S.A., you may choose among the following options:

For the Rest of the World (ROW), you may choose among the following services:
- International Surface (3 to 5 weeks)
- International XpressPost (4 to 7 business days)
- International Priority (1 to 3 business days)
* Certain items are too heavy to enter the free shipping promotion in Expedited Mode. You will then be contacted to approve the order if the item does not qualify for this promotion.

What should I do if my package is not in conformity to my order?

If you have received an item that is not in conformity to your order you will need to contact us within 10 days upon reception of the package. We will assume the reshipment fees.

How can I track my order?

When an order is shipped you will automatically receive a tracking number within your mailbox if you did provide us with a valid email address. You will then be able to track your package from our location to yours.

Does your company offer warranties?

Most of the products offered by Spytronic Security Inc. are under warranty for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Some items are only guaranteed by the manufacturer. In this case, you will need to reship the package to the original manufacturer or contact him for RMA# to exchange the item with us.

What is covered by my warranty?

Warranty covers the original end user purchaser only for product malfunctions and defects in materials and workmanship that materially affect the performance of the product. Any modification or alteration of the original condition of a product, misuse, and physical breakage will void the warranty. Failure to provide necessary maintenance is not covered by the warranty.

What should I do if a product is defective?

If an item is defective, you will need to fill in RMA form. It is necessary to contact a sales representative by telephone or by email with your invoice number and we will send you a form to fill in. If no form has been filled prior to shipping the items back to us, we might refuse the package or a delay may apply regarding the treatment of your issue. When we receive the defective, we will clearly inspect and process to a verification and testing. If we judge that the returned item is defective we will reship a new one at no cost in standard mode.

Can I return an item for refund?

In order to satisfy our clientele, if a product does not meet our customer's requirements, it is possible to reship an item and we will provide you with a credit for other products and/or services offered by Spytronic Security Inc. Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Also, authorization code and approval from are necessary unless we will not accept the returned item(s). According to the sensitive nature of our products, no refund will be issued.

Is it legal to use your products?

Within Canada, most of the products we sell may be used in a legal manner. Despite the legality of some items, in Canada and in most of the Occidental countries, it is illegal to infringe on private life in any way. In cases of robberies, lack of evidence and more, a court may order and permit the use of some items for an individual to protect its assets and rights. We suggest you to consult lawyers and attorneys before using an item if you doubt of the legality of its use.

Can I receive support for your products?

In general, we provide free and basic support on most of our items. Also complete users manual are always provided with the products we sell. Nevertheless, if you lack of technical and basic knowledge to operate a product or an item that require minimal knowledge in electronics and computer science, it is possible to meet a technician at your or our location for a remunerated training at a fix rate.

Does your company possess installers?

We do process installations of security systems at every level (residential, commercial, and industrial). You may find relevant information in our Installation section.
