For short term operations it may be more convenient to rent an item than purchasing it.

Items on rental are clearly identified. It is also possible to consult the following section to know what items can be rented.

For rentals, the following policies do apply:

• If a rented item must be shipped, it is at the customer's charge.
• The rental date starts upon reception. For a rental on-site, it starts the day the pick-up is performed. For a shipped rental, it starts upon reception. When an item has been shipped and it must be returned, a proof of shipment with the date clearly mentioned on it shall be included within the package.
• A deposit guaranteeing the total value of the merchandise is necessary prior to rent an item.
• Rentals are only performed using a VISA or MasterCard credit card.
• An item may be rented per month or per week. If an item is not returned of shipped back within the specified delays, it becomes the property of the renter and Spytronic Security Inc. will keep the deposit.
• It is solely the user's responsibility to conform to the laws and regulations regarding the rental.
• The renter engages to ship back the items in the same conditions as on reception. If an item has been modified, altered, modified or misused or if some items are missing like user's manuals or pieces, Spytronic Security Inc. reserves the right to keep partially or totally the value of the deposit.
• When a customer ships back a rented item, he is held responsible for the shipment. Therefore, it is recommended to insure the package at the total value of the merchandise. If a package is not received by Spytronic Security Inc, Spytronic Security Inc. will keep the deposit.
• The remittance of the deposit is only upon reception and complete inspection of the returned equipment.
