The PC-based receiver is PCI controlled and compatible with modern desktop computers.
The PCI card plugs into an available slot of an IBM-compatible PC. The G305i-WFM comes with the wide-band FM demodulation factory-installed option. A Software Defined Radio (SDR) is such where demodulation and last IF (intermediate frequency) processing are done entirely in software. Convert your desktop PC into a most sophisticated radio monitoring station!
